Steel used in LCD/LED TV

Liquid Crystal display is made of two plates and a layer of fluid between these two plates. The liquid molecules change their arrangement under the electrical current and generate different color light. There are two types of liquid crystal television, LCD TV which uses cold-cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) for back lighting and LED TV which uses LED (light emitting diode). In the recent years, LED TV is widely replacing LCD because it is lighter, thinner and shows brighter colors.

Material requirements: Excellent surface quality, No visible defection, including but not limited to color difference, stripe, stain, scrach and roll marks; corrosion-resistance;Conductivity; High-level precision of smothness; Bending process and do not require good drawing quality .

Part requirements: As a support component, it should have proper hardness to support the LCD/LED-monitor.
Material requirements: Bending process and do not require good drawing quality; Spray coating and do not require good surface quality .

Part requirements: Support LCD/LED-monitor.
Material requirements:Good drawing performance;Galvanized sheet no paint or cold roll sheet with spraying coating, do not require good surface quality .
