Coating thickness of hot-dip aluminum zinc (magnesium) substrate: 30-125g / m2 (single side).
Zinc layer thickness of hot dip galvanized (magnesium) substrate: 50-140g / m2 (single side).
Zinc layer thickness of electro galvanized substrate: 20-60g / m2 (single side).
3. Coating structure
2 / 1: the upper surface is painted twice, the lower surface is painted once and baked twice, which is used to make sandwich panels.
2 / 1m: the upper and lower surfaces are coated twice and baked twice for making sandwich panels and veneers.

Aluminized zinc (magnesium) substrate: excellent corrosion resistance, mainly suitable for building exterior panels.
Hot dip galvanized (magnesium) substrate: with excellent corrosion resistance, it is more suitable for building outer plate, building inner plate and some household appliance steel.
