Question :What is “Annealing”？
Answer:
Annealing is that the metal is heated, so that it required properties after rolling, forging reduction , and its function is to soften the metal, to reduce or to improve the internal pressure within the body. This process is mainly used for cold-rolled steel products, mainly sheet, but also including wires. However, long products (mainly to reach the final size by hot rolling) sometimes retreat fire to meet customer demand for further processing, such as cutting, shaping, bending and forging. In the cold rolling process, the steel becomes fragile and difficult to handle, especially in austenitic stainless steel. Such material will be heated to a certain temperature, the internal particle structure reorganization, and maintained at this temperature and then cooled again. Annealed steel commonly used to prevent oxidation.
